Video Notes
In this video, I share with you the message “you are beauty”. I explain beauty as complexity, interconnectedness, and an essential expression of love. Thus I am saying that you, your life, all that you see is beauty. It is our tendency while immersed in the experience of duality to think of things having opposites. I invite you to take a much deeper perspective and contemplate something that has no opposite. Something that can’t be made any more simple, something that can’t be explained, only truly experienced.
And that, in essence, is what you are. There is no ugliness, darkness, evil, or fear. There is only beauty, light, goodness, and love. We are here to enjoy the dream of “falsehood” or duality. Though this hard for me to explain through any means of communication. Because at this level language begins to break down. So, I encourage more to follow your heart and focus on how you feel hearing my message. If it makes you feel more calm and relaxed than it is a vibration that is helpful for you right now at this point in your spiritual journey.
Lastly, I would like to leave you with a simple mantra to help bring this realization home. The mantra is “I am beauty, beauty I am”. With this, we are trying to break down the perceived “distance” between you and beauty. For once you see this you will find a divine joy and ecstasy that can not be communicated. It can only be felt. Trust the wisdom of your heart. I can not give you anything, for it all resides in your heart. My only hope is that I can give you the courage to look inside and great the eternal infinite ocean of love that you are with as much embrace as it greats you.
